Note:

• Impark is available beside the building, in addition to street parking.
• There are two (2) shared bathrooms on the floor.
• Best Light: Morning to early afternoon
• Unfortunately, there are no elevators in the building.
• Access to the studio is by stairs only (we are on the third floor).

RULES

• No Adult filming
• No Alcohol
• No Cooking
• No Loud noises
• No Outside catering/food
• No Smoking
• No burning, candles or smoke machine use allowed.

• Maximum 5 persons

All garbage and recycling must be taken with you at the end of the day.

Please be mindful of neighbours and excessive noise. There are garbage bags provided, please place all garbage in bag and leave by door upon departure. Leave space as you found it, meaning move any furniture back if you have rearranged it.

★ Our Studio manager does take a look at the camera once in a while just to make sure everything is going well at the studio.

★ Please leave the studio the way you found it and that way we do not have to charge you a cleaning fees.
